Campaign Details

Special Offer 1：A gift exchange coupon for a granvillage logo “sensu” folding fan
During the campaign period, present the eligible coupon via the official app to receive a “granvillage logo folding fan”.(While stocks last)

How to Use the Coupon: 1.Tap the eligible coupon in the GRANVISTA Official app under the "Coupon" section.
2.Present the coupon barcode to the front desk staff for scanning.
3.Confirm that the "Use" button on the coupon screen is grayed out.
4.Receive the novelty gift from the staff.

Terms and Conditions: 1. This novelty gift is limited to the first 1,300 customers. Offer ends when gifts run out.
2. This campaign may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
3. Each customer can receive and use this coupon only once.
4. Novelty gifts can only be collected at the front desk of the participating facilities listed below. If you wish to receive your gift while using restaurants, aquariums, or other facilities, please kindly visit the hotel front desk.

Special Offer 2：Get a granvillage 500 points coupon redeemable at GRANVISTA Group facilities
All granvillage members who qualify under the campaign conditions will automatically receive a 500 points coupon during the campaign period.

Point Expiration Date: September 30, 2027

Terms and Conditions: 1. Points granted as part of this campaign are classified as campaign points and will not be eligible for rank upgrades.
2. Show the coupon displayed in the app to a staff member. Once the coupon code is scanned, 500 points will be granted immediately.
3. Awarded points may only be redeemed at GRANVISTA Group facilities when payment is made onsite, at a value of 1 point per 1 yen.
